Our family law team is highly experienced in child issues, including residence and contact issues, education law, child abduction, adoption and child support.
How we can help
You may need advice about residence (where your child lives) or contact (who spends time or has contact with your child) or about some of the other responsibilities and rights that parents and carers have.
Our team has particular expertise in financial support issues that arise in relation to children (including school fees and child support), international child abduction and education law.
We can give you the advice and legal support you’re looking for.
A number of our team members are appointed by the court to act as reporting officers in child cases or as curator ad litem - an officer of the court appointed to protect the interests of children affected by litigation.
We are also regularly instructed to act for other solicitors who are appointed as curators.
