Mediation and collaborative family law can help you to reach agreement - without having to resort to the courts.

We’d be happy to talk you through the different options available - and help you find the solution that will work best for you.

Mediation
Are you trying to resolve your issues as a couple - to reach an agreement you both find acceptable? Mediation could be the answer.

Our mediators (who are all members of CALM- Comprehensive Accredited Lawyer Mediators) can work with you whatever the issues - children, finances or both.

The mediator will facilitate the process, provide information on the law and help you explore all the options in a safe environment.

Collaborative family law
Collaborative family law is a new way of coming to a lasting solution.

The process involves the couple agreeing to work together with their solicitors at a series of round table meetings. The aim is to find a solution that suits you and your family, rather than leaving the court to impose a resolution on you.

Arbitration
Arbitration offers a quick and discreet way of resolving your differences.

You can select your arbitrator, which means that you employ the right person with the right expertise to decide on your case, and at a time that suits you. It is also a completely private way of settling differences.
