Scotland Bucks the Property Downturn
This week, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) announced that property prices in Scotland are continuing to rise, despite sharp falls in the rest of the UK. It said that 90% of its members north of the border reported that costs were either rising or staying the same.
