Colin Clark is Head of the Rural and Business Resources Team. After spending eight years working on the family farm, Colin joined Pagan Osborne in 1989.
This background gives Colin a unique perspective into the legal issues affecting farmers and landowners – and places him as one of Scotland’s leading agricultural lawyers.
Colin is also one of a select number of specialists accredited by the Law Society of Scotland in Agricultural Law. This qualification means you are getting specialist advice of the highest calibre. On top of this, Colin has extensive experience within the private client sector and of all aspects of rural property.
Colin’s expertise includes negotiating the sale and purchase of a whole variety of rural property – including farms, estates, country houses and cottages. He is also highly experienced in agricultural landlord and tenant issues, leases and alternative land uses such as telecoms, wind farms and other diversification projects.
Colin is a member of the Scottish Rural Property and Business Association, the National Farmer’s Union, Agricultural Law Association and Royal Highland and Agricultural Society of Scotland.
