In order to apply for a student property, please take your completed application form to the letting office (106 South Street, St. Andrews) in person after viewing the property.  Applications made via the internet will not be accepted.  Please note that applications cannot be accepted by our letting staff until 2pm.

The New Process:

The Pagan Osborne list of properties will be available online as of 2pm on the 16th February 2010.  This has been adapted in order to avoid the student exam and holiday periods and to avoid any overnight queuing we have experienced in the past.

Be Prepared:

• Visit us here, www.paganosborne.com  in January
• Read the Guidance Notes
• Read the Terms and Conditions
• Print off  the Application Form and have all flatmates complete the appropriate sections.  Please note that applications must be delivered to our office after the list is released on the 16th February and should not be submitted online  
• Obtain your references well in advance.....then you are ready to access the list on 16th February 2010.

Once flats have been viewed, produce your completed application form together with all references and one debit or credit card to cover all costs - Please Note we operate a no cash policy.

Applications which are complete with references will be accepted and reviewed on a first come first serve basis within 7 days. Provisionally successful tenant groups will be invited for interview prior to properties being allocated.
