Leading legal, financial and property specialists Pagan Osborne has launched the Centre for Excellence – a centralised resource bringing together training, learning and development opportunities for its 100-strong workforce.
The Centre for Excellence umbrella creates, promotes and instils a culture throughout the organisation of continuous learning and development – whether that be increasing knowledge of a particular legal area, developing IT skills or personal career development.
Through discussion with their manager, employees are encouraged to set their own goals, in line with the company’s vision and strategy, and identify how these can be achieved. Pagan Osborne will then facilitate this through courses, mentoring, shadowing and internal and external training. Continual knowledge sharing and support throughout the organisation will also be encouraged and employees will be allowed to focus on their development during working hours.
