Leading legal, financial and property specialists Pagan Osborne is taking the innovative step of setting up its first ever pop-up property shop.
In order to reach out to potential buyers and sellers, the property team will set up shop in the heart of the High Street during the Pittenweem Arts Festival, where they will profile their clients East Neuk properties for sale.
The festival is set to be visited by around 25,000 people and Pagan Osborne decided to bring their clients’ homes to the market, rather than wait for the market to come to them.
Linda Black, Fife property manager at Pagan Osborne, said:
“We know that thousands of people are set to descend upon Pittenweem for the festival and there will be those amongst them who have either already fallen in love with the East Neuk or will on this trip.
“We have a fantastic selection of holiday home type properties on the market and for our clients highlighting their properties to this potential market is a great way to get them out there and for potential buyers to know what is available.
“The East Neuk is full of hidden gems and this is a novel way for us to unearth them and bring them to the attention of those who may be looking to move to the area – whether that is to buy a holiday home, retire, become a resident artist or just use as a commuter base. We are also looking forwarding to talking with our local residents who may be considering selling.”
In-keeping with the event, the Pagan Osborne property team will also be running an art competition for children and will be displaying pictures in the window.
Linda added:
“We’re delighted to be taking what we do ‘on the road’ and look forward to chatting to people about the region’s busy property market.”
The 30th Pittenweem Arts Festival runs from Saturday July 28 to Sunday August 5. The property shop, at 46 High Street, will be open from 6pm to 9pm on Friday July 27 as the preview night kicks off, on Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm to 5pm and from 11.45am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
Pagan Osborne’s will host another pop-up property shop in Elie on August 25 and 26.
