Derek joined Pagan Osborne in 2007 and returns to the letting team after personal development work with our finance and executry departments. Derek , together with Lynne is often the first port of call for landlords and prospective tenants coming into or telephoning our busy Letting Department.
Derek deals with the marketing of our properties for let including web entries and marketing material production,. He also arranges viewings, processes tenant applications and references and he compiles leases and ensures that they are legally signed.
On a personal note…
Favourite Film: My favourite of all time is Seven, but I’m not really a great movie fan as it means sitting still for two or more hours!
Hobbies: Living right on the coast, I’ve learned to love sea fishing – especially when I’m out there in the dark on a cold winter’s night
Favourite Food: Not surprisingly, seafood
