"Thank you for everything you have done for us it's been a pleasure doing business with you, everyone at Pagan Osborne has been extremely helpful i am more than happy with this service" - Mr Robert Whytock
“Many thanks for being a guiding angel in the recent months. You have been a tremendous support during the traumatic task of dealing with my mother’s estate and we really appreciated your commitment, organisational skills and warmth throughout. Your assistance has been invaluable to us and we shall certainly contact you if we need anything else. Again, heartfelt thanks” – Anne Andrews
"Tracey has been absolutely marvellous. She is highly organised, efficient, and knowledgeable about her subject and she is an excellent communicator. She has guided us through the whole aspect of being an executor and made us feel confident in executing our duties (in reality it was, of course, Tracey that did all the hard work - we simply had the task of reading and then signing documents).
When Tracey says that she is going to do something - she does it and does it within the timescales she states - a rare quality these days!! She has great communication skills and is very personable, making clients feel at ease and explaining complex legal matters in terms that we could understand - a great skill.
The service she provided was without doubt the very best we have ever had from a firm of solicitors and over the years we have dealt with many. Indeed so impressed are we with the service she provided that in the future you can be assured that if we need legal advice we will not hesitate to use your firm and we would be happy to recommend you to other people." - Alan and Liz Jack
